New Arsenal Coach Excites Iwobi

Last night, Super Eagles and Arsenal attacker watched on with teammates as Arsene Wenger addressed the crowd at the Arsenal Foundation’s end-of-season fundraiser for the last time as manager.

Iwobi was with a host of first-team stars to celebrate the final days of Wenger’s tenure. Having made almost 100 first-team appearances for the Gunners already, Iwobi opened up on the impact Wenger’s departure will have on him and the club.

According to the youngster, life at Arsenal without Wenger will be strange but players can only hope for the best. Alex Iwobi went on to express hopes of an exciting time while also noting that he cannot wait to see who comes in.
