Enyimba goalkeeper, Theophilus Afealokhai has returned to the club where he has spent three seasons after several links with various clubs.
Speaking to www.footballlive.ng is the former Kano Pillars captain, said he was back with The People’s Elephant after links to both local and foreign club sides. Saying “Yes, i am back to Enyimba , it is true that i had some offers but when i sat down with Enyimba on my move away from the club , we agreed on terms to extend my stay with the club and continue with the club and that is the main reason why i have to returned to Aba.
The player who was recently invited to the camp of the Super Eagles for the AFCON qualifiers against South Africa and the friendly against The Cranes of Uganda said I am in Aba at the moments and i do hope Enyimba will return to continental football.
The former U 23 goalkeeper said he is ready for a fresh challenge ahead of the new season.
