Torino’s new boy, Olaoluwa Aina has set his sights on helping his side snatch all 3 points in their Match Day 5 clash against SSC Napoli on Sunday.
The versatile defender acknowledged the uphill task his team will face against Carlo Ancelotti-tutored side but expressed optimism in getting a win.
“we know how dangerous they can be, they press a lot and are very good but the squad we have means we can rely on players being united. I expect a good performance from everyone, including myself. I hope we can leave the pitch with a win for our fans”
Aina, 21, has made 4 appearances for the Granata since joining on loan from Chelsea last summer. He admitted he’s adapting to life in Turin and also getting along with his new team mates.
“I really like Turin. It’s not as big as London, but it’s a bit more relaxed and relaxing, a bit like me. My team mates have made me feel good from the beginning, i thank them because they made it much easier for me to settle in”.
Torino will hope to improve on their 9th place finish of last season, as they for a win against the Partoneipi at the Stadio Olimpico Grande Torino to move them away from their current 10th position.
