Former Kwara United skipper and new Nasarawa United player, Kabir Balogun expressed his excitement in joining his new club. He stated that he is happy with the team and that there are no issues.
“When I came here and met a lot of new players that were good to go with the team. So, I’m very happy with the team, I know we can go a lot. And the team just came back from NNL. So, we don’t have any issue with the team. So, when the fans saw so many players, they are very happy with the team”, said Balogun.
He also revealed that his Kwara United boss, Kabiru Dogo, will join the team as well after he resigned from his position just a few days ago from the Ilorin-based club.
“And we saw the new coach, Kabiru Dogo, he is coming with the team and the former coach that was here. So, I think everyone is good. No issue, everybody was happy. Because they saw a new player, new management”, the player added.
Nasarawa United will host Shooting Stars at their home ground as they kick off their return campaign to the NPFL.
