-CEO Dr. Salaudeen Waheed Promises Window Of Opportunity For Registered Players
The management of Buruj Sports Academy have announced that they will leave no stone unturned in ensuring that preparations for their next European tour are concluded as early as possible to forestall any technical, travel and logistic bottlenecks.
According to the CEO of the academy, Salaudeen Waheed, about 23 players will be selected to make the trip but only limited slots are still up for grabs to complete the squad, adding that he and his management team are looking forward to the deadline day that has been fixed for next two weeks.
Some players and officials of the team that featured in the 2018 English Super Cup in Manchester are still in London where they have been undergoing trials with some Conference and Nationwide league sides, while some of them have already been offered the opportunity to continue their education and soccer development in the United Kingdom.
For both the old and new players who will make the next trip that will take the team to some countries like Spain, Turkey, Germany, Italy and England, more of such opportunities await them if they can prove their mettle during the tourneys that they will participate in and trials to be organised for them.
The team contingent from the UK are due back in the country at a date to be announced later.
