The superstar of Juventus, Cristiano Ronaldo has said that he hopes that his son, Cristiano Jr becomes as competitive as his father and follows his footsteps. “Cristiano Jr, He’s very competitive, he’s like me as a kid, he does not like losing, he’ll become like me, I’m 100% sure,” the former player of Real Madrid said.
The seven-year-old is the splitting image of his dad and usually drops in for a casual gym sesh alongside his dad. Ronaldo is often sharing pictures and videos on social media of his son, Cristiano Jnr, enjoying the game that made him so successful.
Earlier in March this year, proud dad Cristiano Ronaldo posted a picture of his seven-year-old son mimicking his famous shirtless pose on instagram.
The snap of Cristiano Jr showing off his muscles in the gym was captioned: “Jr say daddy I’m gonna be like you!!! What do you think??”
Yes he’s only seven years old, but Ronaldo’s lad has shown off some impressive skills. However, when you consider that his dad is essentially his personal trainer, perhaps it’s not that much of a surprise.
