The Nigerian players in Agosto of Angola Yisa Anifowise ,Ibukun Akinfenwa and Rasak Adegbite will no longer play in the final match of this CAF champions league after they were knocked out by Esperance of Tunis in the semi final game played yesterday 2-4 it ended in favour of North Africa.
Speaking to www.footballive.ng is the former kano pillars striker Rasak Adegbite we gave it our best but we loss the most important game to an experience side , no body gave us chance to play in the semi final , we are proud of our achievement as a team , we won the Angolan league and got to the semi final of champions league.
Our dream is to win the cup for the first time in history of the country .
It could be recalled Eaperance of tunis won the first leg 1-0 in Tunisia ans made it a double by beating Agosto in their home soil in the reverse fixture 2-4. Aggregate 4-3.
