Imama Amapakabo, the newly appointed coach of Abia Warriors, has assured fans and supporters that they can expect trophies next season.

Abia Warriors narrowly missed the chance to win titles and qualify for continental competitions after their defeat to El-Kanemi Warriors in the Federation Cup final.

Amapakabo, the former assistant coach of the Super Eagles, also promised an entertaining style of play.

“First of all, I can assure you that you will definitely enjoy good football with me, that I can guarantee,” he stated.

“We will have a team that will play purposeful and result-oriented football. At the end of the day, we will achieve results, compete on the continent, and win trophies,” he added.
