New signing at Shanghai Greenland Shenhua of China, Odion Jude Ighalo has revealed another side of his humble self, as he is now freely giving motivational advice to his fans and members of the general public.
Footballlive.ng learnt that Ighalo, who sealed a deal from relegated Changchun Yatai to Shenhua, where he will play in the Chinese Super League this season, now aims to make his ‘Monday Motivation’ a regular feature.
Ighalo is now furthering his personal resolve and determination to give a phrase or two every week, as he seeks to keep encouraging people to stay positive and always think on the bright side of life.
In his latest weekly entry on social media, Ighalo highlighted the need for trust and faith in life, especially when it comes to embarking on a journey that is meant to give progress to ones existence.
In what could also be inferred as a personal insight into the factors that made him opt for a deal at Shanghai Shenhua, rather than follow Yatai into the Chinese lower division, Ighalo stressed on the need for trust.
Ighalo philosophised: “Learn to trust the journey, even when you do not understand it. #MondayMotivation #Ighalo.”
