Arsenal attacker, Alex Iwobi has achieved a remarkable maiden appearance in a Nigerian movie, as he gets a major role in the latest Nollywood cut titled Inpadisu.
Iwobi’s presence in the movie was revealed on Thursday, as an official trailer of the film, featuring the 22-year-old Super Eagles star, was released in a public premiere.
The filming of Iwobi’s roles in the movie were conducted before Arsenal resumed for the pre-season training tour after the World Cup.
Iwobi’s portrait now appears on the trailer cover for Inpadisu, showing the Arsenal star holding a sword in a combat attire and darkened fierce face.
A credible source stated: “Iwobi’s fans don’t have to be concerned about his movie debut affecting his performance on the field as filming for the movie rounded off many weeks ago and the film is set to hit the theatres soon.”
