Speaking at the Supersport NaijaMADE Show on Saturday morning where he was asked if he feels about the current standstill in the Nigeria football league.

The Nigeria U-23 Assistant Coach said, “We are the ones suffering as a result of the power tussle at the NFF Glass House, so I am praying and fasting that it is resolved soon so we can get back to playing.”

The coach when on speak on six of his team’s first choice players who had to move on during the mid-season window in a bid to seek greener pastures as he decried the lack of experienced replacements but was confident that the team who cope well to achieve its aim for the season.

He concluded by hinting that another of his players, Chukwuemeka Onuwa could also be on his way out in search of a better club even as he called on the Federation to find out from Victor Moses why he opted to retire describing him as one of Nigeria finest footballer at the time.
