Plateau United midfielder Raphael Ayagwa has signed a four-and-half-year deal with Norwegian top-flight Lillestrom.
Ayagwa, 20, caught the eye of Lillestrom who have been monitoring him for a while, according to reports.
“The feeling is good and because I’ve been looking forward to start this new chapter with a club like Lillestrom,” Ayagwa told Footballlive.ng.
“For me, I just want to be part of an ambitious team, to be happy and to play in and win as many games as I can with my new team.”
The former Lobi Stars midfielder was part of the Super Eagles B squad that qualified for the 2018 African Nations Championship (CHAN) but injury ruled him out of the competition in Morocco.
