First vice President of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) Barrister Seyi Akinwunmi has stated that there is obvious worries and realities of contest to contend with ahead of today’s NFF elections in Katsina.
Akinwunmi speaking ahead of the polls said it is however not a do or die affair as life goes on well no matter where the pendulum of victory swing on the day of election.
“The football family is not divided, and leadership is not about your service to the people. Election should never be a do-or-die affair at all.”
“Let it be that we are yielding our output to making football get to higher places in Nigeria,” Akinwunmi told Footballlive.ng.
Akinwunmi confessed to being worried like any aspirant vying for elective position.
