Rangers International of Enugu attacker, Solomon Okpako has fired up The Flying Antelopes’ chances of qualifying from their tough group in the CAF Confederation Cup, as he says they will thrive as underdogs.
Sequel to the draw that pits The Coal City side against the Tunisian duo of Etoile du Sahel and CS Sfaxien, as well as Salitas of Burkina Faso, the attacker says Rangers should not be written off.
On the contrary, Okpako said boldly during a radio sports programme monitored by footballlive.ng that his side will give everything they have to emerge from the tight pool.
Okpako stated: “The draw has come and gone, and now it is time to focus on the matches that are coming.
“They say we are the underdogs in our group, but we are not worried by that. We will just do what we can to qualify from this group.”
