Nottingham Forest defender, Ola Aina has revealed that former Manchester United forward Cristiano Ronaldo is the toughest player he has faced in his professional football career.
Speaking during a quick-fire question-and-answer session on Instagram, Aina said, “Cristiano Ronaldo” when asked about the most challenging opponent he had encountered on the field.
Aina praised former Chelsea star Eden Hazard as one of the best players he has played alongside, stating, “I wouldn’t say the best but I will probably put maybe Eden Hazard.”
Ola Aina faced Ronaldo during his spell at Torino, while he shared the field with Hazard during his time at Chelsea.
