Robo Queens Head Coach, Osahon Emmanuel has suggested that the female national team undergo a continuation program. The gaffer explained that some players had been booted out of the national team setup, and it was not the way to handle such.
He further explained that there should be a meeting between everyone, and their opinions be aired. He added that when that is done, they can pick things up and start afresh.
“A lot of people are aggrieved. Some people are booted out of the national team, people have served this country very well. That is not the best way to handle things, a lot of them need to be celebrated. We need a reconciliation meeting. Call everybody, maybe during their break in December. Let them air their view. let them speak their opinion. Let them say what is in their mind, they will know how to pick it from there. Because if we keep doing it like this, we’ll keep getting the same result, a lot of people are aggrieved”.
