Former Nigerian international, Bob Osim has highlighted that the NPFL is growing and the officiating has improved. Osim was reviewing the recently concluded season, and mentioned that the deserving teams are the ones winning the league now.
“Our league is growing and it’s because the officiating has really improved, and now we are seeing a team that is good win the league”, said Osim.
He added that it is not just about the finance anymore, but hardwork is required to win the Nigerian top flight division
“The best team is winning the league unlike before that always have any team that has the highest money. They will just come from nowhere and win the league. But today we see that the teams that come out top are teams that have done well, have worked hard and have achieved what they have achieved”, he added.
