Super Eagles captain, William Troost-Ekong, has shared his attempts to be available for the upcoming World Cup qualifiers, despite his recent injury.
In an interview, “I let the coach know that I’m available,” Troost-Ekong said.
He continued, “I think Coach Finidi has my full support. Like I said before, I’m fit, I’m ready. He made his list. I support the team.
“I’ll go see the boys when I’m there in New York and I just want us to qualify for the World Cup.”
Speaking on his international career future plans, the 30 year-old CB revealed, “That’s my goal. 2025 is my goal. I have many goals. But yeah, that’s all. It’s further ahead.”
