As the EPL season started over the weekend three Nigerian Super Eagles players started from the bench in the Match day 1 in the EPL.
It was Victor Moses who came in from the bench just 10 minutes before the end of the game in the place of Pedro in a match where Chelsea defeated Huddersfield withe an emphatic 3-0 win its looking as if its going to be a gloomy season for Victor Moses under the new Gaffer Maurissio Sarri with the new formation that the club is playing uncompared to Antonio Conte who prefers the 3-4-3 formation that Victor Moses enjoyed a more playing time.but the new gaffer prefers a 4-3-3 formation which makes it difficult for Victor Moses to fit in to the plan.
Leon Balogun sat on the bench from the beginning of the match to the end of the match where his team lost 2-0 to Watford. Super Eagles player Isaac Success came off the bench for Watford where he replace Andre Gray as at 74 minute of play.his presence was not felt as such when he came into the fray.
This season might be the last chance in the EPL for the former Granada player to prove himself or be shipped out.
