We could not break Falcons – Desire Ellis

Date:

The South Africa head coach of the female team Desire Ellis spoke in a post match interview  saying.

It was a tough game,  we did our best,  my players player to every instructions, they did all best they could but unfortunately luck was not on our side.
We kept the ball all through like we always did but we couldn’t break the Falcons.
I must commend the effort of my girls for holding it down to the very end, thought it wasn’t an easy game.
Things are actually changing ,the margin between Nigeria and other African teams is getting closer than what we use to have before.
Looking at the last  the two last games
you could actually see that as well.
The South African gaffer concluded by saying, the tournament is been fantastic. More need to be done to by CAF to have more competition for women football.
