Super Eagles Head Coach, Finidi George have revealed how the temperament of coaches affect performances and how he relate with players and other coaches.
Finidi discussed this during an interview with Brila Media on Tuesday.
“Being quiet doesn’t mean I don’t know what I’m doing. Sometimes quietness can tell you a lot about someone and you won’t know what I’m thinking whether positive or negative and it helps me a lot.
“It’s my nature, and at my age now, if something changes that means something is wrong,” Finidi concluded.
Finidi George revealed his match day ritual. He said, “as a coach, I do my tactics and I’m good to go. I leave the players to go out there and do their job”
