Date:

Delta State Governor his excellency Ifeanyi Okowa has promised to reward the Super Eagles with $25,000 for each goal they score against South Africa on Saturday.

Okowa made the promise when he addressed the Eagles after their first training in Asaba this evening.

The Eagles lead Group E of the 2019 AFCON qualifying tournament with nine points from four matches, a point ahead of second-placed South Africa.

They now need only a point to qualify for next year’s AFCON.

A victory for south Africa will bring Bafana Bafana back to the summit of the league
