Super Eagles technical Adviser has hinted a recall for left-back Elderson Echiejile could be on the cards, as soon as the vet gets back to action with a new club.
Rohr has experimented with several players as he works on a transition in the left-back position; with 30-year-old Echiejile gradually coming to the end of his international career.
Bryant Idowu and Ola Aina have both played in that position, but on Saturday, Rohr handed 2. Bundesliga based full-back, Jamilu Collins his full competitive debut and the player didn’t disappoint.
The German Coach praised the youngster’s ability to join the attack, his game attitude and composure as well as being a natural left-footed player, who can actually cross the ball.
He likened Collins to Echiejile and told footballlive.ng that the latter is not back in the team simply because he is yet to find a club after leaving AS Monaco.
