He’s Back! Super Eagles Midfielder Up and Running after Injury Scare

Onazi Ogenyi could return to action for Trabzonspor on Monday in the Super Lig confirming his full recovery from an Achilles injury that kept him out of both legs of Nigeria’s 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Libya.

Onazi picked up the injury on the eve of the first-leg in practice and was given permission to immediately return to his club where he was further accessed and recuperated.

On Friday, the midfielder shared a picture on social media, of himself in training with his Trabzonspor teammates.
