Super Eagles coach, Gernot Rohr has expressed satisfaction with what he calls good team spirit among players in the Nigerian national team.
Speaking against the backdrop of their qualification for the Africa Cup of Nations with a match to spare, Rohr said during a sports programme monitored by footballlive.ng that unity is one the team’s main assets.
The Franco-German tactician stated further that he is also happy that his players always show good attitude while in the national team’s camp, as they are all always willing to obey rules to the letter.
Rohr reckoned that such high spirits, good attitude and commitment on the part of all the Eagles’ players should be enough to see them go far at next year’s AFCON in Cameroon, which he says he hopes to win.
He posited: “I am happy with the spirit among the players. The Super Eagles is a team of high spirits and it is helping us.
“Good attitude, high spirits and team work have helped us, and we still be part of us net year. We are all working together to succeed.”
