Shooting Stars have begun talks with their head coach, Gbenga Ogunbote, as his two-year contract is ending after the #NPFL24 season.
The club believes that Ogunbote will renew his contract. Ogunbote is ready for a new challenge but will stay if the terms in Ibadan are good for him.
“While there’s no contract yet, discussions have been ongoing since before the season ended, and I’m optimistic that the club will make an official announcement once a new contract is agreed upon,” Ogunbote said in a recent interview.
The club is hopeful that Ogunbote will sign a new deal, ensuring stability and continued success for Shooting Stars in the upcoming seasons.
