Chukwubuikem Ikwuemesi has completed a permanent move to Belgian club Oud-Heverlee Leuven from Serie B side Salernitana.
The 22-year-old striker signed a three-year contract, with Leuven paying €1.8 million for the transfer and will wear jersey number 19 at his new club.
“OH Leuven is the right club for me. I will give everything for this shirt because I felt welcome here right away. The people within the club give me a lot of confidence, so I want to repay them with victories and goals,” he told the club’s media.
Last season, Chukwubuikem Ikwuemesi scored three goals and provided two assists in 27 appearances for Salernitana.
