Former factional leader of Nigeria Football Supporters’ Club, Vincent Okumagba has confirmed that the group is back together as one and will be cheering the country’s team to victory at the World Cup in Russia as one big, happy family.
Okumagba further said the reunited supporters club are now due to fly out to Russia next week having already received their fan IDs.
Okumagba disclosed: “We now have board of trustees chaired by the President General, Rafiu Ladipo, while I am the secretary to the board, which has nine members who would oversee the activities of the supporters’ club in Russia. We have one interest and as such we are going to the Mundial as one body.”
