Perugia have officially signed central midfielder Kingsley Dogo Michael on a one-year loan from Bologna.
The Sardinians sealed the deal on Tuesday, securing the 19-year-old Nigeria until June 2019.
There does not appear to be an option to buy included in this deal, so he’ll return to Stadio Renato Dall’Ara next season.
Michael was a revelation with the first team of Bologna this summer, with his commanding displays in friendly games they have played in preparation for the new season.
He had no experience of professional football before joining Bologna in 2017, despite shinning with Nigeria at the 2015 U17 FIFA World Cup in Chile, which they won.
