Super Eagles Forward pens $300k-a-year Wydad Casablanca deal

Super Eagles Striker, Gabriel Okechukwu has signed a four-year contract with African champions Wydad Casablanca.

Okechukwu, 22, who starred for Nigeria at the 2018 African Nations Championship, had caught the eyes of several suitors after the tournament in Morocco.

 

The player’s representatives confirmed the move to Wydad, who won the 2017 CAF Champions League winners.

 

As per SCORENigeria, Okechukwu’s agent, Makanjuola Nureni aka ‘MK’ confirmed the transfer to Morocco and the former Akwa United player will earn $300,000-a-year for the deal.
