Abia State Governor, Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu, has congratulated the players and management of Enyimba International FC of Aba for their CAF Confederation Cup Group C match-day six win over Cara Brazzaville at the Enyimba International Stadium, Aba, on Wednesday.
The Abia State Governor who was elated at the hard fought victory, upon return to the newly renovated home Enyimba International Stadium, said the win is “cheery and proof that the People’s Elephant were really back home.”
Governor Ikpeazu, in a release by his Chief Press Secretary, Enyinnaya Appolos, said “The win is not just an encouragement to do more for Sports but also a welcome development to the supportive fans, Abians and Nigerians at large.”
