Abia Warriors striker Sunday Adetunji has joined Enyimba International Football Club until the end of the of the 2018 season.
The forward, who sustained a nasty injury last season returned to action in the second stanza of the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) and has looked sharp for the Umuahia Warriors.
Adetunji came to the lime light in 2016 when he hit double figure for Shooting Stars before his move to Abia Warriors.
He continued to impress at Abia Warriors before a shoulder injury sustained in a league game against Lobi Stars limited his progress.
However, he’ll now join the People’s Elephants to also boost their CAF Confederation Cup campaign.
He’ll play for Enyimba, who sit fourth on the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) table with 38 points after 24 games.
