Doma United’s technical adviser, Abubakar Bala, is experiencing a mix of emotions as his team gears up to face Niger Tornadoes in an upcoming Nigeria Premier Football League matchday 31 encounter.
Having previously spent time with the Ikon Allah Boys, Bala acknowledges the sentimental attachment he holds towards his former club but emphasizes his commitment to securing victory for Doma United.
Ahead of the showdown at the Ahmadu Bello Stadium in Kaduna on Sunday, Bala expressed his determination to defend the badge of his current club and secure the three points.
“While Niger Tornadoes is my club and my home state club, I have no reason to dislike them, but this is business, and I have to prioritize the interests of the club I am currently working with” Bala stated.
“I am confident that we can emerge victorious by the grace of Allah,” he affirmed. “As Savannah Tigers, we do not fear any opponent, and we will approach the match with determination and focus.”
Acknowledging his respect for Niger Tornadoes, including the team, players, fans, and management, Bala emphasized that his allegiance lies with Doma United, and he will do everything within his power to secure victory.
