Former sole administrator of the NFF, Dr Amos Adamu has sent words of congratulation to the Golden Eaglets of Nigeria after they emerged victorious in the just concluded zonal U17 Afcon qualifiers in Niger Republic.
Amos Adamu who spoke to Footballlive.ng urged them to work harder in their quest to return to winning ways again.
“The lads performed well and deservedly picked the only ticket at the Zone.”
“They are worthy ambassadors of Nigeria,” the former FIFA Executive Committee member told Footballlive.ng.
“I’m using this medium to congratulate them for a job well done. They made the country proud.”
“My advice is that the team should be beefed up to ensure improvement in the Nations Cup. I wish them the best in their future engagements,” he added.
