Ademola Lookman Aims to Break 18-Game Goal Drought in Europa League Clash

Date:

Ademola Lookman is set to break an 18-game goal drought in European competitions as Atalanta faces Sporting Lisbon in the Europa League Round of 16 first-leg encounter.

The Nigerian winger, who last scored in Europe during his time with Everton in December 2017, has struggled to find the net during his stints with RB Leipzig, Leicester City, and Atalanta.

Despite his recent goal in Serie A against Bologna, Lookman aims to open his goal account in European competitions with Atalanta.

The 26-year-old will look to contribute to La Dea’s success in the Europa League clash.
