Super Eagles’ goalkeepers’ trainer, Alloy Agu has declared that the target for victory by the team in next Saturday’s Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against South Africa is undebatable and indisputable.
While also declaring that there is no question about the determination of the players to qualify for next year’s continental soccer showpiece in Cameroon, Agu said they are all focused on snatching an away win.
Making his thoughts known to footballlive.ng in Lagos, Agu said the Eagles want to qualify early for Cameroon 2019, and they know that would be achieved once they beat Bafana Bafana in Johannesburg.
Agu admitted further that the match at FNB Stadium will be tough, considering that Bafana won the first leg 2-0 in Uyo, but stressed that the result back then is also one of the reasons why the Nigerians are fired up to get their own pound of flesh against The Rainbow Nation.
“I am sure we are going to do everything we can to win that match. Victory for us is undebatable and indisputable. We want to win this match and qualify early for the Nations Cup,” Agu submitted.
