Ajagun: Kortrijk will bounce back from Eupen shock

Date:

Kortrijk attacking midfielder Abdul Ajagun is confident they’ll bounce back from defeat to Eupen in the Belgian Division One League.

On Friday night, Kortrijk were beaten 3-1 by the visitors but Ajagun says confidence is high at the club.
He said to Footballlive.ng: “Of course people are expecting us to play in a more purposeful way and that’s what we are trying to do, to play aggressive, quick and attacking football.
“We showed that against big clubs in the past and why shouldn’t we go forward with that and be more consistent with those games?
“It’s just the beginning of the season and I am sure we will improve.”
“The loss to Eupen came as a shock to us. We have moved on to the next step in the league season,” he added.
