Aliyu Zubair: We didn’t deserve to bow to Katsina United

Date:

Wikki Tourists boss Aliyu Zubair has insisted that his side did not deserve to lose 1-0 to Katsina United in the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) on Wednesday.

Sheriff Bashir popped up with a late strike to hand the maximum points to the hosts.
The Giant Elephants went down fighting against the Changi Boys at the Mohammodou Dikko Stadium but the Coach has claimed that the performance does not reflect the result.
“It seems excessive for one side and little harsh for another,” he told Footballlive.ng.
“At a stage in the game, there was plenty of play in our favour.
“But we will keep working hard.”
