AUDIO : Destiny brought me to Super Eagles – Afelokahi

Date:

Theophilus Afelokahi who is one of the highly rated goal keepers as far as African competitions are concerned .
The Super Eagles goalkeeper  was one of the early birds to camp in Asaba, Afelokahi was spectacular in performances at the just concluded CAF Confederation Cup for his Enyimba Fc .
Speaking exclusively to www.footballlive.ng on his experience in the camp of the Super Eagles , is the number 1 shot stopper of Enyimba Fc of Aba Theophilus Afelokahi.
I feel so good, happy and very satisfied with all actives talking place in the camp.
It is a good feeling meeting up with old colleagues in the game , though i am familiar with most of the players , we are just one big family in the camp regardless of our different status , we reason together as one single unit.
Looking back at my past and first invitation to the National Team in 2015, and having same similarities playing out again .
For me , i believe it’s God’s handy work in my life,  i believe it’s destiny reckoning on my path of career and which i feel no man can change what God has destined for me.
I  always welcome every good happenings in my career with open hands.
Regarding my outstanding performance  in Enyimba Fc,  i would say gripping hard shots and stopping shots is what i know how to do best and i give my total concentration when in the field ,training inclusive , i have being invited because of my relentless effort to be great in my career.
I have always being consistent both in my past clubs, but didn’t get a call up till after three years which i will say it was just God’s time for me to be here presently.

The former Kano pillars keeper concluded by saying i dedicate my call up to serve in the National Team to God,  my family and my fans for believing in me and i promise to continually give my best at all times.
