Kwara United Coach, Abubakar Bala has lined up two friendly games for the team as the team resume after two weeks World Cup break.
Bala affirmed this on Tuesday after meeting with the players and officials of the club on the task ahead of their crucial home game against Akwa United.
According to him, the friendly game will assist them in putting the players back to their normal shape after a long two weeks world cup break.
“We have arranged two friendly games with Osun United and Crown FC of Ogbompso before the resume. We will play them both home and away.
“After two weeks break, we have come back to face a very strong opposition, which is Akwa United and we want to complement on our last match against IfeanyiUbah so that we can move out of the red zone.
“Immediately we resumed, we starte with a theory lecturering for the players and we also discussed our last games, we look at where we have made mistakes and tried to correct them.
“We’ill also work on physiological aspect of the players because you cannot trust Nigerian players. We don’t have much injury, only Frances, our defender is battling with major injury, thank God our goalkeeper, Jonal Usman is back after injury scared.
“The management of the club has given us a mandate to take this club out of relegation and we have our own personal target too, more than what the management had given us, so at the end of the day, we want to achieve the two targets by the grace of God”,
