Balogun maintains Good Form In Rangers’ Win Over Hearts

Date:

Super Eagles defender, Leon Aderemi Balogun put up another good display at the heart of defence for Glasgow Rangers in their 0-1 away win against Hearts, maintaining eight points behind league leaders Celtic with one game in hand.

Rangers defeated Hearts thanks to a goal from Abdallah Sima in the first half, preserving Philippe Clement’s unbeaten streak.

The on-loan Brighton striker raced on to James Tavernier’s pass on minute 34 and shot past goalkeeper Zander Clark, capping off a double he scored against St Mirren on Sunday.

Rangers have not lost a single game with him on the pitch, having played eight times, won seven, drawing once and keeping five clean sheets.
