Brighton Hove Albion of England summer signing, Leon Aderemi Balogun has declared that he aims to settle down and adjust very quickly with the squad, in order to hit the ground running from his very first match in the English Premier League.
Brighton face Watford away in their opening game of the new English Premier League campaign and 30-year-old Balogun said he will step up his efforts with The Seagulls, in order to be ready for the game next month.
The former SV Mainz of Germany defender said: “The EPL starts very soon and between now and then, it’s about getting up to speed with everyone else as soon as possible.
“Then, I want to take it from there, but I’ll give everything I can to improve what this group already has and play the biggest role that I can for the team.
“I was really warmly received on my first day at the club and it’s a nice group. My first impressions were very positive, and I feel very comfortable within the group — they all made me feel welcome.”
