Black Stars Camp Grows Ahead of Friendly Against Super Eagles

Date:

The Black Stars’ camp is swelling in numbers as 23 players assemble for their upcoming friendly against the Super Eagles of Nigeria.

Among the latest additions to the squad are Osman Bukari, Edmund Addo, Jerome Opoku, Forson Amankwaah, Ebenezer Annan, Baba Iddrisu, and Francis Abu, who have joined their teammates in Marrakech, Morocco.

With training sessions scheduled for later today, the team is gearing up for the highly anticipated match against their arch-rivals. Additionally, three more players are set to join the camp, further bolstering the squad.

Following the Nigeria fixture, the Black Stars will face the Cranes of Uganda in another friendly next week Tuesday. These matches serve as crucial opportunities for Ghana coach Otto Addo to evaluate his team’s readiness for the upcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers in June and other forthcoming challenges.
