Nigerian striker Ebere Onuachu scored twice and was sent off as nine-man Midtjylland edged 10-man AGF 2-1 on Sunday.
The lanky forward netted in the 38th and 53rd minutes respectively for his team in the Danish Superligaen tie at Seres Park.
The 24-year-old has racked up 14 goals for the Wolves as the title race hots up in the Danish top flight this term.
Former Chelsea target Rilwan Hassan was subbed off in the 70th minute of action.
Though Midtjylland dominated and saw more of the goalmouth action, AGF went in front in the 32nd minute through Jakob Ankersen with the assist coming from Kasper Lunding.
Six minutes later, Onuachu made a great impact with the equaliser for the visiting team.
After the break, Onuachu came back to hunt AGF with what a goal that turned out to be the match winner.
The duo of Onuachu and Marc Dal Hende were sent off in the 67th and 77th minutes respectively.
AGF ace Casper Hoejer Nielsen also got the marching orders at injury time.
With the result, Midtjylland are second on the Danish Superligaen ladder with 53 points from 23 games.
