Brazil Head Coach, Adenor Leonardo Bacchi “Tite” has named 15 players whose seats to the World Cup are as sure cast as a Snow Castle in Russia… and to think it’s still 177 days to the Tournament.
Mind you, the world cup does not kick off until June 14 and Coaches aren’t even expected to name their 30-35 man provisional list until May 14.
So, what’s the rush about?
In Tite’s list, the likes of Neymar, Coutinho, Gabriel Jesus, Dani Alves and Marcelo are just some of those he’s trusting to deliver for him.
Surprising, AS Roma’s Alisson and not Man City’s Ederson is the goalkeeper that the Brazilian Coach is putting his trust in – off the hat.
Other names on the lists include:
Thiago Silva, Paulinho, Marquinhos, Miranda, R. Augusto, Casemiro, Firmino, Willian, Fernandinho.
The 5-time world cup winners are in group E, paired alongside Switzerland, Costa Rica and Serbia.
