Flying Eagles coach Paul Aigbogun has hailed players and coaches of Enyimba for getting this far at this year’s edition of the CAF Confederation cup.
According to the former Warri Wolves tactician, the progress so far indicates that the team got things right with the players and coaches assembled before the start of the season while he was in charge.
“It’s a great feeling to see Enyimba in the semi finals of the CAF Confederation Cup,” Aigbogun explained to Footballlive.ng.
“I recruited the players before leaving the club. The squad is full of quality and have what it takes to win the competition.”
“There is no hard feeling but rather am delighted that a team that has my signature have shown remarkable progress so far on the continent,” he added.
