Head coach of Etoile du Sahel Roger Lemerre has stated that his team is in Nigeria for the maximum three points as both teams square up later today in matchday four of the CAF Confederations up at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium in Enugu.
Etoile handed the Flying Antelopes their first loss of the competition in Sousse in February and will be hoping to do a double over their West African counterparts in order to get a qualification chance out of the group.
Lemerre at the pre-match press conference in Enugu noted that Rangers International is a great team with fantastic players but his team has no intention of staying back to defend for the entire 90 minutes as he has instructed his boys to attach and take their chances when it comes.
The French tactician is confident of getting a result in Nigeria stating that his team ready and he is confident of getting at least a point from Nigeria. “The players and technical crew are determined to come out victorious in this match, we know about their qualities and we are ready for them”
Etoile du Sahel currently sits third on the group table on four points same as Enugu Rangers.
