CHAN Eagles stars Sunday Faleye and Olamilekan Adeleye impressed for Rheindorf Altach reserves to thrash Aka Voralberg Academy side 6-1 in a test game in Austria today.
Faleye scored a brace and provided two assists, while Adeleye was solid in defence for the entire duration.
Altach head coach Werner Grabherr was present to watched the friendly for himself, to ascertain the football level.
It was also the first game for Faleye in many months after he has recovered from an elbow injury that needed surgery.
Speaking to the media Faleye said , i am really happy, i felt no pains around my arm and on the pitch it was felt to again do what I like to do best.
It was wonderful idea to drive through midfield to the attack. I enjoyed this a great deal.
He concluded by saying, i am happy i am fit to going back what i love so much, playing football.
