DALUNG APPLAUDS SUPER FALCONS

The Minister of Youth and Sports Barrister Solomon Dalung has applauded the Super Falcons on their 6-0 resounding victory over Equatorial Guinea in their last Group B match of the  Women Africa  Cup of Nations(AWCON).

The honourable minister congratulated the girls for their remarkable win .
The minister who spoke after the match said “I am delighted in the Falcons performance so far in the Women Africa Cup of Nations in Ghana.
 As the power house of women’s soccer in Africa, I have no doubt that they can go all the way to the final to win the competition .
I must really commend the effort of all the officials and players of the team as well , for their superb team spirit, outstanding display and oneness displayed so far
 I just want to create more indulgence that the girls should continue in the same like manner and approach for the remaining games ahead
I believe with same commitment and dedication victory can be achieved”
I just want to tasked every player in the team to reinforce their dominance of women’s football on the continent.
The Minister also assured the team of the fervent love, support of his excellency President Muhammadu Buhari, the Government and the sports -loving people of Nigeria and urged them  not to disappoint the nation.
The Super Falcons is set to face the Lionesses of Cameroon come Tuesday November 27, 2018 in Accra.
