DAUNTLESS HARMONY BOYS THRASH MIGHTY JETS OF JOS

Date:

Oneness KWARA UNITED filed out with resolute courage against MIGHTY JETS today to pay them back in their own coin, it will be recalled that the Harmony Boys were reduced to nothing in a rain ball on July 12, 2017 in 2016/2017 Nigeria National League [NNL], 3-0 it ended in favour of Mighty Jets in match day 18 at Rwan Pan Stadium, Jos. With this result at hand, the Mighty Jets will be thinking of another away win or at worst a draw as a tool to weaken another giant on a neutral ground.

In fact, Mighty Jets remain spectacular, tactically discipline with compact game powered by raw energy and mobility, they are never a push over. Only that things have changed for better in the camp of Harmony Boys. Harmony Boys make good use of brain over brawn.

The fact that baton has changed hands, structure reformed, formation solidified, interest unified, vision and mission, clearly stated and strictly adhere to, self-discipline, encouraged, the negative emotions of fear, self-pity, envy, jealousy, feelings of inferiority and ultimately anger were automatically switched off and swiftly replaced with the positive emotion of love, peace, joy and enthusiasm, the things that matter most was never at the mercy of things that matter least, team remains outness. Change mantra you call it; honestly it is yielding a positive result.

This very match is most discussed everywhere and mostly on social media, possibly due to the recent form, position or other reasons of Mighty Jets in the Nigeria National League; to many, it was like a first parachute jump-both scary and terrifying. But Bala’s depleted team made the difference, they realized everything was up to them and they raised their game individually and collectively, in the event they made the encounter exhilarating. Self-esteem, bond, courage and determination did the magic.

A good outing, massive win from an intrepid players. While the match lasted, the Harmony Boys were neither trembling nor shaking with fear, they showed character, dedication and willingness to win. To them there is a tide in the affairs of men, which taken at a flood, leads on to fortune. Kudos to you guys, I cherish your indomitable spirit, keep it up.

Mighty Jets tried their best possible but later realized that the hawk hovers above the snail in vain because the shell is beyond its clutch. However, it must be noted that the healthiest corn, as reasoning could put it, is not capable of growing into apple tree, also the most versatile horse does not have the ability, except in a fairy tales, to fly through the air. Unequivocally, Jets’ Pilot honourably disembarked for Bala’s cruise control.

Today’s encounter, to me, is the most wonderful and scintillating encounter I have ever watched; by a long shot the most wonderful and unexpected, since the beginning of the season or more appropriately from week 13 of Nigeria Professional Football League [NPFL]. The boys stood resolute against all the oppositions; faced Mighty Jets as they would have faced any Nigeria Professional Football League [NPFL] team; no underrating, they played with a resolute opposition and unshakeable faith. A kind of desperado.

By and large, Bala is balancing people’s concept from frustration to fulfilment. Relegation to integration.

LOKOJA CONFLUENCE STADIUM, LOKOJA. Round of 32.
